I'm a bit in love with this blog. Bill Shrapnel, the writer, is the Australian equivalent of a registered dietitian (since you can't be registered in Aus), and a very good one.
I'm not really sure why our dietary guidelines take so long to catch up with the current research - the British ones are even further behind Australia.
Anyway, I thought I would share as I always find it a fascinating read. I particularly enjoyed the sections on the new carbohydrate model and is low fat milk unhealthy.
