day 3 level 2

Finished day 3 today & im extremely sore but not really seeing results.
am I doing anything wrong? Or should I just keep waiting & shredding?

    Gheghe you do know this is a group for the people that started 30 day shred 28/1 :) there is also a general 30 day shred group :) Anyways, what is your purpose because your look pretty fit already :)

    Just keep doing the workout and be patient... this happened to me last month.. My body was preparing for TOM and was late so I didn't see inches or lbs drop until the 3rd week. Just keep going..
