Hello all! I was just wondering what workouts or diets you guys are using to meet the weekly goals??

I will start. I do Cardio at the gym everyday. sometimes for one hour, sometimes 3. All depends. I also do the Insanity workouts. If extra time that day I throw in RevAbs as well. Hoping to get that into a regular rotation soon instead of just randomly.
As far as diet, nothing special. I do try to eat organically. Just watch calories. No fad diet or anything here. Feel free to add me if you guys wish. Looking for people to remain in contact with whom are trying for same goals I am. Which this challenge is one of them.

Your turn.
aaannnndddd go!

i do all my workout at home... since i am just starting out again ( 10 years ago i lost 80 lbs and then moved from family and friends and gained it all back) my husband started p90x last Feb and has lost 60lbs and a ton of inches... i got motivated in nov and ordered Les Mills Combat and LOVE IT. i do 10 min elliptical in morning then 10 to 15 combat in evening. my stamina is improving fast and i hope to build on this. it is hard for me to stay motivated in evening when i come home from work and run daughter to and from practice then have to make dinner. I am determined this time and am down from my high 25 lbs !!!!!

as for diet we are not dieting just trying to find foods we like that also are more healthy. i have found several through my new addiction of pinterest. i have posted a few on another thread to see if anyone was interested in sharing good recipes..

TssCnn WTG on Insanity we have it , p90x and les miles combat... i am not near ready for insanity so have to say again WOW !!!
I do love the P90 shoulders and arms for strenth straining.

Diet? What is a diet? Kidding.

I just eat what I want, nothing special.

As for working out, I have a treadmill at home, so I use that, lift some weights, use my stability ball. Nothing exciting. I am going to try my hand at the whole C25K thing and possibly 30DS. We shall see.

Man. My workout fails in comparison of you two!

momi2ashlynn - I assume you guys like Les Mills Combat. I am very intrigued by it. I think I would like it. Maybe that'll be next. My ultimate goal is to get back into well enough shape that I will be able to work on Asylum. Not even close to that yet. Its funny I did the opposite of you. I moved close TO family and gained it all. Went from an overly active lifestyle to, well...nothing. I checked out Pintrest for recipes etc the other night and found a few. Got to do some reorganizing there to make one board for them.

homeechez - 30DS is one someone recommended to me to do everyday as well. I really want to get two workouts in a day and they said 30DS is definitely shorter then RevAbs so it would give me some extra time. If you start that one let me know. Maybe Ill start with you.

Love hearing others input. I find it helpful, IDK about you guys.
    Tess
