What i started to do.

Hello Chicago. I work retail. So i am on my feet 8 hours+ a day lifting bending walking and running everywhere. I started wearing 5 pound ankle weights for the work day. (I have very bad knees and cant afford physical therapy any more. so i an trying to strengthen them up in the process of getting a great body.) There are days where i get a good work out just by doing that alone. I just weighed my self for the first time today. But I will keep the group updated if there is any progress with that.
