Finally managed to get time on the bike and rode 28.2km/17.5mi (5.4%) today. Missing Friday's ride hasn't set me back, but being a short month I can't afford many days where I don't get any miles in.

I am at 12.22 miles for the month. More motivated this month already....hopefully it doesnt get too crazy around here and i can keep it up.

Admire your dedication, but if your having to take a lot of pain killers maybe what you need is rest to give your injury a chance to recover.0 -

Must admit to being lazy yesterday. Had every opportunity to get out on my bike, but a I said I was too lazy. So by way of punishment I treated myself to a long hard session on the static bike - as it's chucking it down - and rode 51.5km/32.0mi. Total now 168.5km/104.7mi (32.2%).0 -

Completed 12.9/50 miles this week. Had to take yesterday and today off do to the crazy snow fall here yesterday....but I did log time shoveling to make up for the missed runs.

Ended the week 109.7 miles to the 336 goal.
Glenn, you are right. I just don't like not making a stated goal, want to lose this weight, and want to be able to eat more than 1300 calories a day.0
