Week 5 ~ Challenge 2 Opposite Arm & Leg workout 350 - 500

Ok, so, we've worked on push ups, bicycle crunches, and squats ~ did I miss any???

So... what about some arm and leg exercises? This workout also works on our core and balance. It has small movements and each small movement counts as 'one' on our count.

The video speaks of needing a paper plate, but you do not need one.

I don't know about you, but I know IIII am soooooo unbalanced and this would be great to practice for me! What do you think??? Are you in??? :drinker:
