i skipped yesterday - so today i did it twice ;) done !

my knees are bit sore today ;) anyone else have this ?

    I dont know if it is because it is monday but i totally dont feel like doing the shred today, bah!

    No sore knees btw, only in the beginning a bit.

    Day 8 Complete and Feeling Even More Awesome Today... I am Also doing Some Strengthening and Extra Core along With My 30DS ;)

    You Guys are Awesome and Yes My knees are Sore too and Quads are still a lil sore :/

    The actual exercise wasn't too bad today, however my mind did not want to do the 30DS! But I pushed through and did it anyways! Day 8 completed!

    If I decide to do it twice in one day then how long should I wait between cooling down and doing it the second time?

    you can take a 30 min break and do it again - i did mine back to back without cool down - i did the strech and cool down at the end of 50+ mins

    Day eight logged! I am loving the punches! I don't seem to be getting any cardio out of it, but my shoulders and arms love the stretch.

    Day 8 Level 1 Done! In the books! Still can't make it all the way thru without stopping:sad: . I may keep on level 1 til I can make it all the way without stopping before I move on to level 2. What do ya'll think?
