i skipped yesterday - so today i did it twice

my knees are bit sore today

I dont know if it is because it is monday but i totally dont feel like doing the shred today, bah!

you can take a 30 min break and do it again - i did mine back to back without cool down - i did the strech and cool down at the end of 50+ mins0

Day eight logged! I am loving the punches! I don't seem to be getting any cardio out of it, but my shoulders and arms love the stretch.0

Day 8 Level 1 Done! In the books! Still can't make it all the way thru without stopping:sad: . I may keep on level 1 til I can make it all the way without stopping before I move on to level 2. What do ya'll think?0
