Just 12 pounds from my Apr. 1 challenge goal (may have to adjust that down a bit), 23 more pounds to be in ONEderland and 82 to my ultimate goal!! Thanks to MFP and all my challenge friends. You help to keep me motivated!!

    I've slowed down a bit, but not what I'd call a plateau. It is my own doing, as I had celebrated a birthday and not been as firm about my food as before. Still, progress is progress. January was a tough month. I am hoping February will get back on track for me. :smile:

    Good way to look at it. I had to step back a few weeks ago. I started getting on the scale every day. It gets scary when you have a waterweight gain or whatever it is and then all of a sudden you get on the scale and its gone. (Hopefully:wink: )
