Just 12 pounds from my Apr. 1 challenge goal (may have to adjust that down a bit), 23 more pounds to be in ONEderland and 82 to my ultimate goal!! Thanks to MFP and all my challenge friends. Good way to look at it. I had to step back a few weeks ago. I started getting on the scale every day. It gets scary when you have a waterweight gain or whatever it is and then all of a sudden you get on the scale and its gone. (Hopefully )0 -
