Anyone do it before? It wasn't too bad BEFORE being pregnant, but my belly is starting to take over, I'm 11 weeks today. Also was told recently there's a chance it may be twins, but won't know for sure for a while. I've been having crazy round ligament pain, and back pain, sciatic nerve... so I've been trying to not go out of my way to exercise though I really want to.

There's certain exercises they say you should slow down or stop doing while pregnant (like jumping jacks), but really I think it's all what you're already used to doing. If you did 30DS regularly beforehand, then you're OK. Just listen to your body and if something doesn't feel right, modify or skip it; it's as easy as that. For the pain you mentioned, stretching and yoga are the best to help; also consider a chiropractor to help keep your spine in alignment as that helps alleviate some of that pain as well (helped my sciatic nerve anyway). Good luck!

    Hi,
I'm doing it with a few modifications and I'm nearly 17 weeks. I could run 10K before I was pregnant and I don't feel this is anymore strenuous than that. I do jumpingjacks about half the time and then arm crosses for the rest . Being second trimester I don't do the abs on my back but do standing ab workouts or planks. I have tried a few pre-natal DVD's but I need to break a sweat. I'm not really showing a lot yet so big belly doesn't get in the way yet, I'll just keep going and see how I go. :)
