Hi, everyone. I'm a newbie in MFP and I just found out that MFP has groups. I am so glad I found this one! I'm recovering from a hip injury, so my return to distance running is a slow, painful one. I've run 5 marathons and a 50-miler so far.
I just ordered my first pair of minimalist shoes and I should have them in a couple weeks. Since I have to learn how to run all over again, I figured I might as well get a new stride and see if it helps avoid injury.
So anyway, that's just a quick intro. I love to learn as much as I can about running, so please feel free to throw some wisdom my way any time.
