Week 3, No Deloading.

Started week 3 today with all original weight progressions and finished all reps. Eeeek!

Week 3 Day 1 5x5
Squat 75
Bench Press 60
Rows 80

Hope I can keep this up at least until the end of the week! :D

    Awesome work! I just started week 5 and failed at my squats for the first time. Frustrating, but I knew it had to happen. Current numbers:

    Squat: 110 (failed at 115, so will try again)
    Bench: 72
    Rows: 70

    I am researching form this week. I think my squat looks good but my bench is not. How the heck do yo row 80 girl? :)

    It is so weird, rows and dead lifts are actually my easiest exercises. OHP is my enemy, by far my hardest work out.
