G'day all,
Just started sheiko training month #29.
Just completed day 1. 2 hours. lol. personally looking forward to the challenge of pushing myself further and attaining another level of strength.
my starting 1rm's (which i'm using exactly for this program) are:
150kg squat (keep my rest periods to as close as 3 minutes as i can stomach)
105kg bench (i'm pausing every rep of the program - comp style)
210kg deadlift. (i will admit i bumped the program up to 212.5 for this one - i can take heavy frequent back training quite easily).
Has anyone used this programming template?
Thoughts? Experiences?
Figured it was time someone started a sheiko discussion thread. so here it is.

nice.
I am torn between running a smolov for squats for 3 weeks with some smolov jnr for bench. (then something for the rest?) Or just run sheiko 37 then 32 coming up to nationals. My bench is obviously ****ing **** but I think my squat has dropped a little bit since strongman training. And I'm about to get a new setup and finally use racks.
