This is very upsetting :frown: ... I watched by diet all week and did very intense Insanity workouts six days of the week, but I still gained 0.6 lbs :mad:

My excuse is a bad shoulder upper back. Being doctored, still don't know what is wrong. Got taken off of any arm upper body exercise, but I didn't do alot of lower body or treadmill work this week either, so starting this morning, I walked a mile on the treadmill, did a mile on the bike and went to Curves and did the lower body exercises. It is a start to a better week, (I hope)0 -
