Bonus Challenge

Is anyone up for a calorie challenge leading into the 1000 weekend challenge? The past couple of weeks, I have noticed I have slacked on Thursday and Friday. My goal is 500 calories burned between the two days. Anyone want to join me?

    Yes, just 500 over the two days. I have been meeting my 3500/week goals, but my Thursdays and Fridays haven't really contributed to it, so I just wanted something to motivate me not to take that time off.

    Count me in! I set my goal for the week to run total 8 miles - I can finish my goal by Friday and get my 500 cals at the same time!

    241 today. It was a challenge to get it done. Those kids sports nights are always tough, but I am almost half way there!

    I normally do not work out on Fridays due to working 2 jobs on Fridays but I made myself get up early to get my work out in. Thanks for this challenge...it kept me motivated and now I feel better about today!

    Awesome pab88!!

    I did 283 today, to go with my actual 218 yesterday, so I just broke 500. I have a lot of work in today and need to leave on time for basketball tonight, but if I wrap up early, I am going to see what more I can work in.

    Friday 262, trying to look for ways to burn the remaining 238 cals. May be after dinner I will do that.

    Kind of wish I pushed harder on Thursday, but I still made it!

    Didn't do anything on Thursday, but was able to make it up last night with 558 calories burned!
