Hi, Im pretty new to MFP and turbofire, and haven't been able to find any of the TF workouts in the database. Am I missing something?

I use a HRM to log my workouts as custom exercises. Otherwise, you might just want to use the kickboxing exercise.0

The website below can give you an estimate for each of the TF workouts based on your weight and you can just create your own exercise, but you may want to invest in a HRM, when I got one I found the estimates to be way off.

Thanks Girls! I think I'll just improvise until I can get my hands on a hrm, I appreciate the advice It feels great to be doing this!0

Wow those estimates are a good deal lower then mfp's kickboxing... I don't have a hrm, maybe I should add Turbofire in as personal exercise and use that sites info?0

I would suggest getting the HRM too. I was using MFP's "High Impact Aerobics (Includes Turbo Jam)" option to log my calorie burn for weeks. I just got a new HRM and it tells me that I'm burning within 50 calories of what MFP's calculation was. On the days that I do Fire30 with Tone or Sculpt, I was using the same High Impact Aerobics option to log FIre30, but was logging Sculpt and Tone as "Calisthetics". When I redid that workout with the HRM the calorie burn came in over 200 calories lower than what MFP was calculating, so beware. I haven't had a chance to do Stretch 40 and Core 20 yet.0

I used the everydayhealth website that someone already posted to estimate calories burned for awhile. I highly recommend buying an HRM though to get an accurate count because I've found the MFP kickboxing exercise is too high and other estimates are too low. I love having my HRM now.0
