Hi All,
I have again started to wear my pedometer today. How do I best track this in the excerise
as I cannot see anything for walking so many steps a day?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jackie :-)

Not sure how you would log that... what kind of pedometer is it? Is it one that can sync in MFP.
I use a hrm.
Good luck!

Just log the time and estimate your speed.
Typically, 2,000 steps averages one mile. So for instance, if you walk 5,000 steps in one hour, search for "walking, 2.5 mph" when you log in MFP (that's in the database). It will assign you calories burned based on your weight and the number of minutes. It will probably NOT be exactly accurate, but you can't really know without a HRM and everyone is different.0
