Vaca in New Zealand went well food and movement wise. Well Done! ????????????

Now Back Home:
Food-
Clear out food that might trouble me. H isn't back til 3-8-13. CHECK! ????
Grocery Shopping as soon as heater is fixed, hopefully second visit is a charm
Make some stews and/or soups that I can eat for a few days
Try fruit, veg and nuts for brekkie rather than grains

Exercise-
Hike with Annie. Call friend Peggy for a weekly hook up with dog walking?
JCC gym....try out spinning and yoga. I need some *social* interaction.
Feldenkrais Lessons feel great and are good for me even though no calorie demand
