Training on the race course

Hey all! I just got signed up for my first sprint tri of the season. I already have two sprints under my belt from last year and have a goal to try and complete 4 this summer. My first race will be in the town that I live in. I am wondering since I have a map of the course how often should I use the course for training?

If it fits into your training schedule, incorporate it into your day. It never hurts to spend some time and familiarizing yourself with where aid stations and transition points are.0

As long as you're hitting your metrics use it every chance you get. You'll learn the ideal spots to shift, go hard, etc.0
