Hi all! Hope everyone is having a great week. I seem to be averaging about a pound per week. Would love things to be moving a bit faster, but overall things are going in the right direction.

Week 1 weigh-in: 147.5 pounds
Week 2 weigh-in: 145.0 pounds -2.5 pounds
Week 3 weigh-in: 143.4 pounds -1.6 pounds
Week 4 weigh-in: don't know because I was traveling
Week 5 weigh-in: don't know because I was traveling
Week 6 weigh-in: 141 -2.4 pounds in 3 weeks
So I guess I'm just under the 1 pound a week loss for the last 3 weeks, but to be honest I'm really happy with that because I was traveling for two weeks and during that time I had very little control over where I ate and what food was available. One place we went to, every single thing on the menu was deep-fried, or battered, or both! So I just watched my portions and walked as much as possible. I was so sure I gained a couple of pounds, so I'm super relieved to have lost, and that I'm still on track for losing a pound a week overall. I've lost 6.5 pounds in 5 weeks so far.0 -
I had a 2 lb gain. Boooo! Ugh.
That puts me at a 3.5 lb loss for the five weeks. I hope to catch up. But any loss is a success at this point. :-)0 -
I started at 146.5. As of today I was 141.2 So just below my goals so far but I am still thrilled0
