Hello All
I am doing 100km in a kayak for the river paddling marathon on the queens birthday long weekend held in the riverland
Its a great weekend, and you'll see parts of the river you never do on any other mode of transport...
In the months that I have been kayaking, i have found that I have lost quite a lot of weight plus have toned just about every single area of my body - as contrary to popular belief, kayaking is not just about the arms!!!!
For those whom want to have a more social weekend, there is a mini or one day challenge, or those whom are really hard core, a 200km distance
