    Hello everyone, looking forward to seeing everyone's results today!

    SW: 187 (Got new scales in the end!)

    Week 1: 189! + 2lbs

    Week 2: 183.75 (Total loss of 3.25lbs) :)

    So 2.75lbs to lose this week... although I'll be super pleased with hitting 182 or under! Fingers crossed eh! ;)

    You guys are all doing great! For those of you doing the hardcore training DVDs (90PX, 30DS, etc), I admire you SO much. It might not show on the scale as much as you'd like but those inches are going to shrink!!

    Starting Weight: 144

    Todays weight: 142

    Total Lose: 2 lbs

    I was really hoping for more but it is what it is.....I guess 6 lbs is an unrealistic goal for me cause I don't have that much to lose so what I do have is harder for me to lose. I guess it doesn't help that I over splurged on peanut butter last night....All though I didn't track it ALL I don't think I went over my calories. BUT who knows.

  • I had my wisdom teeth taken out so I haven't been able to eat much. I've been able to slowly start eating a few more things, but still have to be very careful.

    Wednesday last week i had lost 4lbs, by Saturday (my normal weigh in day) i lost a total of 6lbs. This week so far nothing (but I am bloated and PMSing). Still working hard tho.

    True confessions - I was totally bummed this morning when I stepped on the scale. I thought I went up this week. But after seeing that I lost .8 from last week my day got instantly better!! It's not a huge loss, but considering I've had two exams to study for I'll take it! I'm half way there!!

    I had braces put in last week so eating has been a challenge for sure! I'm facing two teeth extractions come Monday which will change my diet for at least a week to strictly soft food and liquids. :\

    Ultimate GW: 120 lbs

    Today, Feb.6/13, I weighed in at my Doc's office. I weighed. 141.2 - I am down. 2.6lbs.

    I have only lost one pound which is rather frustrating. However, I just finished level one of 30ds yesterday and took my measurements again and I have lost one inch in my waist, 1/2 in in my hips, an inch in my chest, almost an inch in my arms, and 1/2 an inch in my thighs so I'm pretty happy about that!

    Hi everyone,

    Great jobs all around!

    I have been very, very, VERY frustrated by the scale these past two weeks. I've NEVER been more consistent in terms of diet and exercise (I had one bad day on Superbowl Sunday though :). And I've NEVER had slower results.

    In general, I've been burning around 700-800 calories a day through exercise, and eating well within MFP calorie goals.

    Week one I lost nothing, I stayed at 144.

    This week I'm 143. So I'm down one pound.

    I have a pretty small frame and usually plateau around 138, where I hit the "last 10 pounds" and weight loss becomes more difficult.

    I'm not sure why I'm having such a hard time dropping the weight this time around.

    Anyways, sorry for the rant! I'd love to lose 2 pounds this week to finish strong.

    Ahh, I had my TOM in the middle of the challenge and gained about 4lbs... so just keep eating right, drink a ton of water and don't beat yourself up, you're going to "gain" (and retain water) during that time, so next week you should see a loss :) Stay positive, you're doing well!! :) x

    Well, I didn't lose anything but between my increased weight training regiment and That time of the Month this week, I suppose that is to be expected. Sigh! I still have plenty of time to lose those last 2 lbs though.

  • I missed the other weigh in, but from the beginning, I've gone down from 325 to 318. -7 lbs. Wootwoot! I'll see how much more I can lose before next Friday! :D
