** For the video on rows contained in the article, be mindful that elements of it are addressing a row from a more upright position. For those doing bent over rows and variations; lumbar extension is a little different in that you need to maintain an arch in your back in this position; as opposed to a seated cable row for example. Don't be suddenly thinking your bent over row form is f*cked because of that arch in your lower back.
