What medicine do you take for high androgen levels?

Hey everyone, for those of you who weren't already a part of the conversation, here's a brief summary: My androgen levels are crazy high, and the endocrinologist says it is severe enough to put my ovaries at risk of shutting down or leading to complete infertility. I also have bad acne (I'm 25) and thinning scalp hair because of the androgens.

So, 1 week ago I started taking Cyproderm (also marketed as Diane 35 or Juliet), but I've been having a lot of side effects, and it turns out the medication is being banned in a bunch of countries because the risk of blood clots outweighs the benefit of the medicine.

On the one hand, If the medicine helps me with the acne (I'm DESPERATE!), I'd be willing to be vigilant about thrombosis and just keep taking it.....but on the other hand, I will likely be moving back to the USA in the near future, and since the medicine is banned there I would just have to switch then anyway.

So, I'm looking for alternatives. I know many of you have mentioned the meds you're on here and there, but it's hard to track down. Could some of you please share what medicine you are taking for high androgen levels? I'd love to be well prepared for the conversation with the doctor about alternatives.
