I've lost 7lbs so far and I'm going to take my measurements later on today.

    I eased up on my diet, which is ok because I started it really strict to get me going AND I added exercise! I was doing just cardio but just started PUMPING IRON as well because I'm a Real Man Forever.

    I weighed myself today and I only have 18.2lbs to go before I reach my goal! Almost halfway there!!

    How's everyone else?? ARE WE KILLING IT, LADIES?!

    i'm still only down 10. since i'm gonna be out of town tomorrow i weighed in today, and this is the 3rd week in a row i have lost 0lbs. one more week and i'm just gonna go get lipo and show you all how to REALLY lose weight. nic, you can't win. go eat a cheese log.
