    Welcome to the group!

    We have a lot going on here that I encourage you to be a part of
    - We report our weekly losses or gains in a thread (i.e. 2/6 THRU 2/12 WEEK 6 WEIGHT LOSS)...this gets charted every week
    - We have a Survivor Challenge game going on right now (sign-up is closed until the next game starts)...this pushes us to keep trying for that 1lb a week goal
    - We have a C25k Challenge run by umer76
    - We have a weekly Food column by inspirem where she selects 3 foods and you can list recipes that include them
    - We have Weekend Challenges to strive to burn alot of calories led by umer76 and orangesmartie
    * and lots of good conversation and helpful advice

    I think if you stay active in the group and make some friends..you will find motivation and encouragement
