I joined for the motivation and support. I am a 21 yr old diabetic, and Im ready for a change. HBU? why did you join?

    I found that just guessing or eyeballing it when it came to calories wasn't doing the trick, and was looking for something more precise. MFP seems to really be a step ahead of similar sites, especially with the huge library of preloaded foods/dishes.

    Ready to ditch the beer belly.
