I've got a better idea.
In our group when someone is out just for themselves, the rest of us 'accidentally' fire on them when they are in melee, Or 'let' him have a malfunctioning weapon!
Just a thought.
Not that we are petty vindictive individuals or anything!

Our DM just balanced it out by giving us experience points for following instructions or something like that
