I lost 1.4 pounds this week, bringing me to 137.4 lbs. I'm going for another 4 or 5 pounds and then will focus on lifting only. I can't wait!0

Weight seems to be coming off slower but at least it is coming off. Did get my 500 mile fitbit badge this week which means since Sept 21 I have walked 500 miles. Although I have enjoyed swimming this winter I will be glad to be able to get outside and walk. Have a good week everyone.

Starting Weight (SW) : 232.76 Lbs (8 August 2012)
Last Week Feb 1 (LW) : 194.8 Lbs
Current Weight Jan 25 (CW) : 194.4 Lbs

Well I have missed o-so-many of these becuase I work Friday nights and I can't access the community on my phone. (Or I can't figure it out)
So Friday at work is my weigh-in because we are running a competition (if you don't lose 1 lb a week (which we all need to) then you have to wear a remote control bum buzzer between your bum cheeks and the rest of the cast gets to control the remote... I work at a comedy dinner theatre) I've been pretty motivated by this.
At my last check-in which was Friday Nov 30 (yup it's been a while) I was:
Friday Nov 30 stats:
Highest weight - 196(ish)
Starting weight - 188(ish)
MFP Starting weight - 185(ish)
Goal weight - 135(ish)
Nov 30 weight - 176.6
My weight now as of Last friday is - 163.7
I'm down 21lbs since November
I've started clean eating and working with a trainer 2x a week (on top of regular gym) and I hope to reach my goal by the summer time!0 -
