    Hit Mini goal last week of 7,000 calories burned in the week.
    Going for 10k this week! I am seeing some great results in measurements and muscle definition, hopefully the scale is to follow soon.

    Sorry, I haven't posted in awhile. My mother in law passed away 2 weeks ago. The first 2 days I wasn't eating anything, I dropped 3 lbs in 2 days!

    Now I am in a slump. Between the loss of my mother in law, work, school and family. I am stressing out and eating anything I want. I am not making the good stuff. I am just grabbing the yuck snacks! I just got on the scale today and I have gained 4 pounds!

    UUGGGHHH! What am I doing???
