just thought i'd start this as i'm in need of some advice.
i'm new to jogging and have only been at it for coule of weeks. i go to a group called plodders which is dsighned to take poeople who do not jog and help them over 12 wks to become joggers. we are few wks in and i'm loving it but my legs are so sore. my calves especially. i dont want to give up as i really want to be able to jog every day if poss but my legs dont want to agree.
do any runners / joggers have any tips at all?

or am i just being a wimp?
