Well the weekend is half over but what is everyone doing this weekend? I am just hanging out with the family. Eating too much as my profile picture currently shows.

I am hanging out with the kiddos....

Cleaning the house, since we'll have friends in and out next week after the surgery...getting the living room ready so everything is accessible.

Tonight is bowling, but I suck....so it will be more laughing and drinking than anything.

I saw a boy get run over today!! :noway: It really shook me up. But he got up and walked away so TG for that!!

However, I'm blaming my KFC visit on the shock of it all

I can imagine. Did you get away before anyone saw your license plate?

Good lord, what was he a Terminator? Good for him, though, hope someone forced him to go the hospital just in case.

Me, I'm going to hit the grocery store, thrift store maybe, and then I don't know. Bookstore possibly. Whoo hoo! Party animal on Saturday night!

You all have more excitement than I do. We got pounded with about 2 ft of snow yesterday/last night so today was spent digging out...and that is still not complete, so stuck home again tonight :(

hahaha!! It was the car in front of me PATRICK!!!!!!!!!! The boy just ran out in the road!!! He was with 3 other boys, they all stopped at the kerb but one just decided to run for it. But the car was so close, thankfully not driving at speed. It was the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. I'm just so glad the driver swerved to miss him cos it could have been much worse...........

Mara - yeah, we all told him to get checked out. He did seem to hobble on his leg, but kept on saying sorry to the driver, that it was his fault............awwww bless him

Same - I'm in NYC so other than local wanderings, I'm homebound for the weekend. I walked over to where my car was parked, decided "too much effort!" so I walked to get my hair cut and then home to clean. Probably will finish cleaning and possibly a few half done projects tomorrow, I hope.

I'm clear over on the west coast but I've been reading news articles about it. Power outages, people dying, etc etc. Hope it doesn't get worse.

For me, nothing exciting really. Friday I did a bunch of errands and worked. Saturday I worked and hit the gym. I attended a kickboxing class for the first time and it kicked my *kitten*, in a good way. I think I will add it to my routine for Saturday morning workouts. Sunday I am at work right now. Just started my graveyard shift. Plan to go out for a run later and just hope for a nice non-busy, relaxing shift.
