down 2 pounds - surprising based on how i spent the weekend with lots of beer and a few burgers, hotdogs... and junk.

It seems like a lot of us are stalling. After a great initial loss, I seemed to regain for the next few weeks in a row! I've been getting really frustrated, but then I realized that ramping up my lifting again is making a difference.
So my WEIGHT isn't going down (grrrrr), but I'm down at least 5% body fat since we started the challenge!

Loss 1 pound!! Im happy with that. I see major changes in my face its crazy and my tummy has gone way down.
Started at 198 currently at 191. Its only 7 pounds so far but ive lost tons of inches and 7 pounds looks like 15 so im happy!0 -
Well, I've lost 0.6lbs since my last weigh in (two weeks ago). Not great on the face of it but I was moving house with all the chaos that comes with that. So I didn't log anything for over a week and paid very little attention to what I ate - so taking all that into account, I'm pleased with my progress.
And now in our lovely new house (first time we've owned), back at work and back on the wagon as of today. Great to see how everyone is doing in this challenge and that we are all sticking with it.0 -
Stayed about the same. At least I didn't gain.
The good news is we're only 1/2 way through - which means I can still kick it into high gear and make some progress by the end of the challenge.
So, I was up at 4:45 this morning doing the 30day shred, made a fairly healthy breakfast and am now avoiding the paczki pushers at work.0 -

I already weighed in for week five but since I've got no one else to brag to about this. I've started making some good progress
I'd like to see more lean mass. Guess I'd better start increasing my lifting if that's what I want.

I've completely been sticking to my calories and haven't really lost anything in almost a month. I upped my calories, lost 1 pound and then nothing. I hate plateaus. I need to find a way to get past this....quickly. lol...it's driving me crazy!0

It's been a good week, I'm staying on top of my diet and keeping up with Insanity. So far I've lost 6 lbs since Jan. 6th.
Challenge Weights:
Starting weight - 140 lbs
Week 1 - 137.6 lbs
Week 2 - 137.0 lbs
Week 3 - 135.4 lbs
Week 4 - 135.4 lbs (forgot to weigh in this week)
Week 5 - 134.0 lbs
Total loss: 6 lbs (woohoo!)
Only 4lbs until I reach my goal weight!
