Ok ladies, it's warming up outside. I'm getting spring fever. I love the spring, planting new flowers, watching the ones from last year come up and just shaking the blah of winter. My short term goals for this spring, is to be back to running and strong enough to do the tri-fest 5K. I also want to focus on upping my milage on the road bike. I have also just received chicken soup or the souls (runners) and want to get some reading done. What are some of your short term goals for spring, and what do you like best about spring?
