Tried a new recipe this weekend--its a keeper

ACCIDENTAL CHOCOLATE PEANUTBUTTER BAR
1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil (no substitutes, this is what gives it creamy texture and
flavor)
2 cups quick cooking oats
3/4 cup cranberries
8 servings (16 chips each) ghirdardelli choc chips 60% cocoa
you can sub reg choc chips 640 calories worth
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium size saucepan, melt together peanut butter, honey and coconut oil.
remover from heat add in choc chips, stir until melted. add oats and cranberries. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan Refrigerate until hardened, about one hour. Store in refrigerator.
42 servings 115 calories each
I made two pans-- the second pan i subbed fiber one cereal instead of oats. Yummy If yo use the cereal it is 105 calories per piece
