Starting Turbo Fire!

Today was kinda an intro day... tomorrow is my official start day.
I've done Turbo Jam in the past but never completed it, it was a bit too silly (?) for me lol.
I just did the Fire 45 class and it kicked my butt! I wanted to turn it off after the first 15 minutes but i decided to keep following the girl who does the low impact version. I've got a good 60-70lbs to lose and my heart rate runs really high so i figured watching her would be better than killing myself with the advanced moves. I stuck it out though! 45 minutes and 10 minutes of stretching later i burned 600 calories :happy:
Hopefully i can stick with it.

I just started TF with the advanced dvds in the mix (so, a 20 week schedule) just under 2 weeks ago so I'm a couple of days away from having 2 weeks under my belt. 0 -
I am getting ready to start week 11. It has been so much fun. I have lost 18 inches and 16 pounds so far. I decided not to do the advanced yet. I am moving on to Insanity once I finish up this schedule. I am hoping turbo has prepared me enough for it! Best of luck to you! It does get easier but never easy!0

Good for you!! Turbo fire is a lot of fun.. I'm new to it as well. I haven't worked out in a very long time so I didn't want to kill myself either. I started with the prep schedule and I'm in week 3. So far so good.0

Today is day 1 for me. Havent done the prep schedule but I catch on to moves fairly quickly. Have done hip hop abs for a month or so0
