Post your weigh-in here as well as height for the 4th week of the challenge. Weigh-ins need to be in by midnight Monday, February 11, 2013.

No estimates, only accurate weigh-ins. This challenge needs to be fair.

    Ultimate goal is to lose 100 lbs this year. Slow & steady, 2-3 lbs per week will do it! This week I'm concentrating on my eating more.

    Goal - honestly will be happy with any loss - starting heavy weight lifting this week, so realize that the Kg's loss may slow down a bit, but will be keeping a close eye on my measurements!
