I broke my Reboot early. I only made it 25 days on juicing only. I wanted to feel like a total failure, but I just couldn't. I kept hearing Joe Cross's words in my head saying, "Good on ya, Mate, for trying!" He's right and I'm so happy I did the Reboot. I lost a total of 14 pounds. I can definitely see another Reboot in the near future.
I started exercising again and eating and I gained 4 pounds. I sure hope this will not be my new trend. I hope to lose those 4 pounds by the end of this month. I won't reach my Goal Weight by the end of this challenge, but I'm already 20 pounds closer! :happy:0 -

Last week I tried not to step on the scale all week. I relented on Friday, and that was probably a good thing because the weekends are tough for me-no structure like during the week. Weighing Friday helped me to focus on the eating for the weekend. Not weighing everyday worked for me during the week because I was able to work on making a habit of the better choices. Also upped the exercise which was a challenge at my weight. Adjustments, adjustments....
Every body is doing it! Hanging in there means we are winning!0 -
Kar, your britches are loose bcz you are losing fat, gaining muscle, and toning, no matter what the scale says. I am sure that the scale will catch up with the body changes when it is time for it to catch up. Stay the course!0
