No HRM--Logging Insanity?

I don't have a HRM or anything fancy like that. What prelisted MFP setting would you guys recommend I use to try to log in my activity from Insanity?

Hard to say as everyone burns differently but before I got my HRM i was logging it as a constant jog (5.2 mph) for 30 mins and it is pretty close in numbers to what I get on my HRM now.
Just depends on how hard you are going and how many breaks you take etc.. I suggest getting an HRM, you can get a pretty accurate one from amazon.com for about $95.00
