Hello -

I just started the NO BOUNDARIES: LEARN TO RUN 5K, 2.0 & 10K program with Fleet Feet Rochester this past weekend. Since there are 350 people in the program --- I was wondering if anybody here also started the program.

Pretty active thread, eh? lol. I didn't start the program, but I think was buying new shoes at Fleet Feet when everyone was there for the initial meeting. I'm working on increasing my distance, but I have the added challenge of having two moderately arthritic knees, so I'm doing what I can with them. Fun stuff!

Congrats on your participation in the program! :)

Sorry, I forgot how to check this... I am not involved with the fleet feet running group just not sure I could fit it into my schedule... 3 kids {excuses, excuses, etc} I just usually run with the dog when the weather cooperates. However, I do have friends that began their running journey with fleet feet and they always had so many positive things to say about it. Best wishes to you! Go for it!
