I just bought this DVD yesterday and I started with a mile... Has anyone tried this one and has anyone had any success with doing Leslie videos?

    I don't think I have this one, which is amazing, because I own a lot of them! Yes, I have had lots of success with her exercise and found it was something I could really stay with. I lost 50 pounds and have kept it off for 6 years. Good luck!
