More on the punk side, but I like the $winin' Utter$. Not too fast that I kill myself, but enough to get me going,

When I'm working out on weight machines or doing calisthenics at home, my playlist includes Drowning Pool, FFDP, Prong, Rev Theory, Slipknot, Saliva, Celldweller, Rammstein and Blue Stahli.

My cardio playlist(s) are pretty much all over the place. ;)

The entire Digimortal album by Fear Factory. I could literally loop the opening song and just pound away on the pavement until the soles on my shoes are gone.

Newest songs I added to my hardcore lifting playlist:

"Beast Within" - In This Moment
"Adrenalize Me" - In This Moment
    "*kitten*" - In This Moment
    "Blood" - In This Moment

    I'm sensing a trend!

    Some good suggestions here
Scum of the Earth by Rob Zombie is my all time fave work out song.

Yes! I don't normally listen to Zombie when working out as the tempo doesn't always fit, but this is an awesome choice!
    Municipal Waste - Sadistic Magician

When I go riding I normally have Hazardous Mutation, Art of Partying, Massive Aggresive and Fatal Feast on shuffle

When I'm running I prefer a bit of grindcore to motivate me, Insect Warfare, Wormrot or Napalm Death for example. When I'm lifing weights it's sometimes death metal, Deicide, Nile, Bloodbath, Severe Torture, Cannibal Corpse. If I'm riding it's thrash, Municipal Waste, Pantera, Slayer, Megadeth, Exodus, Testament, or it's black metal, 1349, Immortal, Gorgoroth, Marduk, Behemoth, Cirith Gorgor, Darkthrone etc.

I find The Path to Totality is a great one for me to get up and going. Gojira's The Way of All Flesh is great for doing an angry run to

I like a good amount of hiphop immortal technique, jedi mind tricks, they hit pretty hard. Rock wise, Seasons in the Abyss album by Slayer, some maiden, then sometimes some Rancid- and out come the wolves.

I love listening to some He Is Legend.

EDTS: The album I Am Hollywood is great to get the juices flowing.

the best "pit" music is the "someone got their head kicked in" lp. I'd love to exercise to that.

My gym playlists include a rather huge mix of Lords of Acid, Skinny Puppy, Ministry (nothing after Psalm 69), Thrill Kill Kult, and KMFDM.

Angry treadmill running? Try Nitzer Ebb--Join in the Chant! :D
