Started doing SL 5 x 5 tonight...have been doing 30DS (on day 13). Should I do them on the same day or alternate the 30DS on the days I don't lift? I can't get to the gym until close to 7pm most nights so by the time I'm done there, there is very little time to do much else.

    noooo that would be a bad idea. I would just NOT do the 30 day shred, or if you desperately want to finish it, do it AFTER you lift. Or finish it first then start this. Doing this alternated with 30day shred is just exhausting for your muscles, you need to give them time to recover.
