After my month off it took me 6 weeks to get back to pre X-mas endurance lol
I'm doing 6mph for 30 minutes and 10% incline every 5 minutes for as long as I can take it (right now it's about 2 minutes) every other day. I alternate between that and 6.5 mph at 2% incline for 30 minutes 6 days a week, can't wait to move my run outdoors!0 -
yeah, i really can't do more then 2-3 at a time. my ankle still bothers me.0
