Great job everyone! As I suspected I unfortunately gained this week. I thought that might be the case because of the dramatic loss last week. I'm up 3.4 but not letting myself get discouraged. I'm sure some is water weight and the rest will come off again. Thanks to you all who are sticking through this with me. I normally would have gotten discouraged by now and given up but the accountability and encouragement is invaluable. Keep up the good work!0
