    I've mainly been doing a mix of Chalean Extreme, Jillian Michaels DVDs, and the Insanity workouts. I can't believe how much stronger I've gotten over the past couple of months.

    I really love running, though, but with all the snow and cold it's been tough to do any. (I can't do a treadmill; running outside is what really does it for me.) So now that the snow has melted and the temperatures are in the 30s, I'm going to start picking it up again on the weekends. Once daylight savings hits in April I'll be able to start my morning runs before work again.

    My body seems to be rebelling against my ability to work out. Be it injury or illness. My favorite is running, but I've been doing more strength and yoga lately.

    I really miss softball (played fastpitch for 8 years) but I seem to be too much of a chicken to join an existing team with no current friends.

    I played sports a lot to keep in shape..that is until I got out of shape. New to me are kettlebells. I don't even bother with the gym anymore. I love them!

    I love the gym. I am friends with most the people that work there including the trainers. The thing is I don't belong to a big chain. It is a good mix of people and I have neve once felt uncomfortable working out there.
