So, I'm getting into the swing of tracking calories and exercise and all that, but still always forget to check in to the groups that I am a member of...anyway, HI! I'm a Delaware girl, from the Pike Creek/Newark-ish area. Hope to find support and friends along the way to finding my healthier self!
