What are you doing for ab exercises? I have been doing side bends (50 each side) and standing side crunches (kind of like I'm boxing side/side...50 each side). I was going to continue doing crunches on the stability ball too.
Do you have any exercises that will target the lower abs but still be safe during pregnancy?

I stuck to just planks for awhile until it wasn't comfortable anymore. You need the deep core muscles you get from planks post partum more than anything.0
