Smoked salmon fishcakes???

I know that smoked salmon and certain shellfish are a no no during pregnancy. But Id like to know whether smoked salmon fishcakes are safe, as they will be well cooked (obviously) unlike proper smoked salmon?

Any advice would be great.

...I'd eat it. but then again I still eat sushi on occasion while preggo. They do it in Japan, and have healthy babies all the time.

I read somewhere that it's ok to eat smoked salmon if it is served in a hot dish like a casserole or something, so as long as they're cooked after I think they're fine. I think maybe I read it in my WTE book. Try to look it up.
