We all go up and down with our motivation to exercise and watch the food. What do each of you do to keep yourself on track?
For me, I find terrific encouragement in reading blogs by those who've successfully lost 100+ and kept it off. I try to find a new story every day. They did it! I CAN DO IT TOO!

- My measurements getting smaller.
- Having a few friends and family in the loop so that they can help me stay on track, offer advice and encouragement when it gets hard. And knowing that if I fail and quit that I'll have to face them.
