Eating out/Flexibility....

Hi all! I wish you all a Happy Valentine's day!

Well I don't know if any of you run into this problem but I would LOVE suggestions on how you deal with situations in which you are out with family or during the weekends when we usually spend time with our families or go out.

I'm often very good during the weekday because I'm busy with work but come Friday-Sunday I tend to eat more. Well quantiy is less I believe because I end up skipping lunch most of the weekend but calorie density is higher because I barely cook those days. The weekeday is pretty intense for me as I know it may also be the same for others as well. How do you manage?

I know with weight watchers they have those weekly points and I used to "save" those up during the week so that I could splurge with the family during the weekend. Is there a way we can do this using the Olivia method? I love this method as I find it works if you are consistent but it's killing me not having that flexibility as I used to have with weight watchers for the weekends. Any ideas? :)
